Care

CLEANING YOUR PAN 

1. Strictly NO SOAP.
2. While the pan is still hot, add water and bring it to a boil. 
3. Let the food scraps loosen, if needed, use a non-steel spatula or natural brush. 
4. Rinse and dry.
5. For extra care, wipe a thin layer of oil/fat onto the surface with a paper towel. 
6. Store until your next happy cooking experience. 

CARE (recommended every 6 months) 

1. Heat pan to ±200°C (oven, stovetop or fire). 
2. Add a pea-sized piece of beeswax and smear the inside and outside with a paper towel. 
3. Leave to cool. 
4. Store until your next adventure.
